Location: Bergen County, NJContract: PermanentSalary: Up to $170,000 Job Description:Our client is a small residential home builder, proudly serving New Jersey, New York City, Westchester County, Rockland County, and Orange County. They also hold a Home Builders License and aHome Improvement license in New Jersey. They are looking for a Site Manager to join the team in Bergen County, New Jersey. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working on a variety of luxury, high-end residential projects in either NJ or Upstate NY.The requirements of the role are:

• A degree in a construction-related field is essential.
• Proven experience working on luxury, high-end residential projects is required.
• Strong background in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
