Site Manager - Safety and Sanitation - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Lead and manage hygiene team schedules and day-to-day operations to meet internal and external cleanliness requirements. Maintain and improve a structured cleaning program, including documented schedules and compliance records. Train team members and other departments on sanitation expectations and protocols. Manage inventory of hygiene-related supplies and collaborate with suppliers for support and training as needed. Support internal reviews and inspections related to facility hygiene and cleaning validation. Participate in issue resolution, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure coordination with contractors/vendors for facility-related activities involving sanitation or pest management. Review material entry procedures and oversee waste handling processes tied to sanitation efforts. Participate in audits and assist in maintaining compliance with applicable production standards and safety programs.
