Position Overview

We're

seeking

a passionate and experienced

Site Manager

to lead our San Jose location. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in gymnastics or related fields, who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

As Site Manager,

you'll

act as the general manager of the facility, overseeing daily operations, staff development, customer engagement, and program quality.

You'll

be instrumental in

connect

ing CSC's mission, vision and values to

the culture and success of your site

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the core leadership team at your location

Oversee staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews

Actively coach or train staff weekly

Manage class schedules, staffing plans, and site budgets

Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance

Drive community and school outreach initiatives

Attend management meetings and leadership trainings

Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in gymnastics or a related field

Strong customer service and sales background

Energetic leadership style with

a track record

of inspiring teams

Competitive coaching experience is a plus

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree

required

Master's

degree or equivalent leadership training preferred

CPR (with AED), First Aid, Safety Certification

Current USAG Instructor/Pro Member

Attendance at USAG Congress or similar conventions preferred

Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication, teaching, and organizational skills

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

Ability to manage multiple programs and staff effectively

Passion for youth development and community engagement
