Morrow Realty Company is currently seeking a full-time Site Manager at #171 Mountain View in Jacksboro, TN.

Job Summary: The Site Manager oversees staff performance, ensures adherence to company policies, manages leasing activities, screens and approves tenants, markets apartments, processes leases and rent collections, maintains financial records, supervises maintenance and outside contractors, handles move-in/out procedures, manages budgets, reviews financial statements, reports incidents, and maintains tenant lists.
Additional Responsibilities: Maintain apartment units, assign tasks to maintenance staff, and ensure compliance with legal standards including the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Fair Housing Act of 1968.
