Position Overview

Elite Clinical Network is seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Site Manager to lead the clinical and business operations of our research site. This position is essential to the success of multiple Phase II–IV clinical trials, with responsibilities spanning site start-up, patient recruitment, monitoring, and study close-out.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader with a solid background in clinical research coordination and site management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical trial operations across multiple studies
• Lead and support study site selection, pre-trial assessments, site initiation, monitoring, and close-out
• Supervise, train, and mentor Clinical Research Coordinators and support staff
• Manage trial-related budgeting, contracting, and accounts receivable
• Coordinate patient outreach and recruitment to meet enrollment goals
• Maintain compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and GCP
• Act as the main point of contact for clinical trial monitors and sponsors
• Collaborate with team members on research subject scheduling and retention
• Help develop and secure future clinical trial opportunities for the site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) required
• 3+ years of experience in medical or clinical research preferred
• MA (Medical Assistant) or CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician) certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator with strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with clinical trial budgets, contracts, and regulatory standards
