Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Site Manager to support our program at Camp Atterbury, IN.

Job Type: Full-time

Description: CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services for nearly 50 years, supporting defense and federal sectors with experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How Role Will Make An Impact:

• The SM works on premise at each MTC during operating hours and has decision-making authority for execution at the MTC.
• Collaborates with the MTC Commander to support training and technical missions.
• Provides updates on contractor performance requirements.
• Responsible for contractor performance, regional scheduling, management coordination, training execution, and contractor education.

Requirements:

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military schooling (e.g., Army CGSC, ILE, MEL4).
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience in military training, logistics, and property management.
• Experience in operations and training at Division or higher levels.
• Served as a Battalion or Brigade Commander or S3, with understanding of the Army MCTSP.
