Site Manager - Global Channel Management : Job Details

The Site Manager should have two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment, such as engineering, technical sales, or management.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in standard Windows software (spreadsheets, word processing, graphics) and have a basic understanding of mainframe systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in chemical management or automotive sectors is required.

• Set performance expectations and provide feedback and coaching to the site team.
• Manage and direct site personnel activities to achieve goals.
• Assist in waste minimization, material reduction, and supplier consolidation, along with usage reporting.
• Oversee purchasing and pricing review processes.
