Site Manager Job Description

The Site Manager position is a hands-on role responsible for managing game day operations and enhancing the on-field customer experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up and breaking down the field for game day events
• Ensuring the program operates on schedule
• Conducting parent meetings when required
• Serving as the point of contact for all on-field inquiries and resolving disputes or conflicts
• Answering customer questions and proactively engaging with parents at the field
• Managing and directing volunteer coaches and staff to ensure a positive experience for players and parents
• Distributing pertinent information to staff, parents, and coaches
• Acting as the liaison for referees and officials
• Replacing referees or coaches when necessary
• Organizing equipment for daily distribution
• Maintaining the integrity of the brand
• Managing all special events at the field, such as opening day and award presentations
• Ensuring the venue is cleaned and returned to its original condition after each event
• Managing on-site merchandise sales (e.g., mouth guards, concessions, if applicable)

Additional duties may include creating schedules, team rosters, and handling pre-season and in-season communications with staff, coaches, and parents.

Work Hours:

• 8 am - 5 pm

Position Details:

• Open to applicants without a college diploma

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
