Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Salary: $54,857

Sign-on bonus: $2,000; $1,000 upon completion of 6 months, $1,000 upon completion of 12 months

As a Site Manager (SM), you will oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of a day program that provides support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In your role, you will work together with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives by building independence skills.

Site Managers ensure proper standards and regulations set forth by funding sources are adhered to, and that quality standards for the individuals in the home are being met. Additional responsibilities include managing staff, developing relationships with community members, and liaising with clinical and nursing teams to develop and manage individuals' Day Hab Support Plan.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years' experience in human services
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Human Services or related field preferred. Experience may substitute academic credentials in some cases.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required within two weeks of hire
  • Safety Care training required within 90 days of hire
  • NET certification required
