Core Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a supermarket refurbishment project in Bangor, Wales. The role involves nightshift work (10pm–6am), starting on 10th August, with onboarding scheduled the week before.

Key Responsibilities:

Must Have Experience With:

• Joinery, ceilings, and flooring
• Plumbing and drainage pipework
• Demolition and builders works
• Painting, decorating, shopfronts
• Kitchen, checkout, and shelving installations
• Refrigeration systems, ATM, and DRS unit relocation

Requirements:

• Valid UK/ROI driver's licence
• SMSTS or IOSH (or ROI equivalent)
• Safe Pass or CSCS card
• First Aid certification (Mental Health First Aid a plus)
• NVQ/SNVQ in Construction Management or equivalent
