Akkodis is seeking a Site Manager 4 for a contract job with a client in Lansing, MI. The Site Manager oversees all aspects of property operations, ensuring safety, maintenance, and compliance with facility policies. Note: 2ndShift Tue-Sat 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Rate Range: $30/hour to 35/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Site Manager 4 job responsibilities include:
- Coordinate all aspects of property management, including maintenance, repairs, and site inspections to ensure smooth building operations.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, staff, and vendors, managing communications and financials to support facility needs.
- Ensure facility safety and compliance, overseeing building systems and responding promptly to occupant requests.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and budgeting, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of records and financial controls.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and facility safety protocols.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and maintenance operations independently.
