Site Maintenance Manager
As a Site Maintenance Manager, you will lead and mentor site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers within the North American Fulfillment Network. You will develop and implement business and reliability plans to enhance facility uptime and drive maintenance best practices. Your role involves innovating work methods, ensuring safety, and improving customer experiences through data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
- Develop and implement business and reliability plans to increase facility uptime.
- Drive maintenance best practices and standardize work methods.
- Ensure a safe work environment and enforce safe work practices.
- Provide guidance to leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues.
- Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.
- Manage vendor support and leverage network size for economies of scale.
- Monitor and audit maintenance execution and safe work practices.
- Develop and manage budget and contract documents.
- Provide Fulfillment Center General Managers with visibility over maintenance activities.
- Recruit, interview, and hire talent for Maintenance Manager roles.
- Contribute to creating a world-class Maintenance organization.
- Be willing and able to relocate as needed.
Essential Skills
- 10+ years of experience managing large complex facilities organizations.
- 7+ years of management and leadership responsibilities.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience in corporate and/or regional Maintenance roles leading 80 or more employees.
- Experience leading change and maintenance teams in multiple site environments.
- 7+ years' experience managing employees and their performance.

- Proficient in data analysis and process development.
- Self-starter with a proven record of goal achievement.
- Experience with material handling equipment and complex systems maintenance.
- Knowledge of major MHE integrators.
- Exposure to Lean Concepts, TOC, and ergonomic/human factors.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL.
- MBA or Master's degree and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Erlanger, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $170,000.00/yr. Sign on bonus + Stock Options + Salary = $240,000.00 in 1st year. Sign-on bonus split over first two years (split evenly in their paychecks) RSU (Restricted Stock Units) grant over 4 years with a backloaded vesting schedule: Year 1: 5% (split between 6 and 12 months) Year 2: 15% Year 3: 40% Year 4: 40%.
