Site Logistics and Operations Leader - DSJ Global : Job Details

A leader within the pharmaceuticals industry is looking for a Site Operations and Logistics Director to join their team. They're looking for someone who knows how to lead logistics teams through change-and has experience in warehouse ops, scheduling, and supply chain planning.

This is a hands-on leadership role at a brand-new, high-tech sterile manufacturing site. You'd be managing a team of ~35 (with 5-7 direct reports), helping shape how materials move through the site, and working closely with other functions to keep things running smoothly.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain and a Bachelor's degree
• Led logistics or supply chain teams in a regulated environment (pharmaceuticals environment preferred)
• Experienced with warehouse operations, planning, and continuous improvement
• SAP or similar systems experience
• Experience building strong teams and lead through transformation
• International supply chain/warehouse experience
