Job Summary:The Site Head is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of a metal manufacturing facility. This role ensures the site meets production, safety, quality, and financial goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all site operations including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and supply chain.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and capital projects to optimize site performance.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, promoting employee engagement and development.
• Drive lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership, customers, and suppliers to align site goals with broader business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in metal manufacturing or heavy industrial operations.
• Proven track record in managing complex operations and delivering results.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
