Job Title: HP Specialist Level 2 - Site Lead (SL)

Locations: Altus AFB, OK; Columbus AFB, MS; Eglin AFB, FL; Ft. Novosel, AL; Holloman AFB, NM; JBSA Randolph, TX; Kirtland AFB, NM; Laughlin AFB, TX; Luke AFB, AZ; NAS Pensacola, FL; Sheppard AFB, TX; Tyndall AFB, FL; Vance AFB, OK

Position Timing: Immediate hire upon contract award and completion of background/security checks. Candidates must sign a Letter of Intent with their resume.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure contract compliance at assigned site.
  • Serve as primary contact for the Contractor team and facilitate collaboration with government stakeholders.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise and presence in operational environments.
  • Support program planning, scheduling, and execution of site activities.
  • Supervise contractor personnel and ensure task execution aligns with program standards.
  • Act as liaison between contractor, government, and program office.
  • Manage site-specific budgets and equipment requests.
  • Oversee maintenance of medical and performance equipment.
  • Coordinate with SMEs and ensure service schedules are followed.
  • Facilitate onboarding, maintain records, and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate activities with stakeholders.
  • Lead site visits, tours, and public events as required.
  • Ensure smooth transition of aircrew between sites.
  • Participate in meetings and research activities.
  • Travel as needed for site activation and events.
  • Attend and assist in qualification courses.
  • Continuously improve program delivery and ensure training compliance.
  • Maintain accurate training and certification records.
  • Organize feedback sessions with government leadership.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure staff availability and quality training execution.

Qualifications:

  • Secret clearance required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Performance services for tactical aviation or high-performance DoD communities.
  • Management experience preferred.

Education:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physiology, Biomechanics, or related field.
  • Relevant certification from recognized organizations (e.g., NSCA, ACSM, NASM).
  • CPR/AED certification.
