Clinical Research Site Director – Methuen, MA (Relocation Available)

We are seeking a Clinical Site Director to lead operations at a Methuen, MA research site. This position offers relocation support for qualified candidates and provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by overseeing clinical trials that advance new therapies and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall site leadership with a focus on performance, efficiency, patient safety, and regulatory compliance (ICH, GCP, FDA).
• Collaborate with internal departments (Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Finance, Contracts, and Quality) to ensure milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee site staffing, including resourcing, training, performance management, and career development.
• Ensure timely data entry, high-quality deliverables, and adherence to study timelines.
• Partner with investigators to safeguard patient safety and support client goals.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance with SOPs and industry standards.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and daily site operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of clinical research experience (site management experience preferred).
• 2+ years of management experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
