This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of civil site and land development projects with a focus on quality, innovation, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage site development projects from conception through construction
• Lead a team of engineers and technical staff across various project phases
• Engage with clients and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Contribute to strategic planning and staff development within the office
• Help grow the firm's civil site presence in the region

Project Types:

• Athletic campuses and sports venues
• Hospitality and commercial developments
• Institutional and campus-style land development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Active PE license (New York or eligible for reciprocity)
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in civil site design
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to manage client relationships and project teams
