Job Description Dewberry is currently seeking a Site/Civil Project Manager for our Danville, VA office. The successful candidate will have technical, project management, and market access responsibilities to lead site/civil design projects in the commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential markets. Whether you're an experienced professional or a new graduate, you'll have the chance to collaborate with the best and brightest and work on innovative and complex projects at the forefront of the industry.Responsibilities Lead teams in all aspects of site/civil project design including site layout, site planning, grading, storm water management, erosion & sediment control, roadways, utilities, and permitting for commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential projects.Manage design for multiple projects.Assist with business development/marketing/proposal efforts.Oversee, train and mentor junior/mid-level staff.Work closely with clients and agency staff, including attendance at public and/or construction meetings and also represent the company at other events as needed.Required Skills & Experience BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 8 years of directly related experience in the commercial/residential markets.Virginia PE license required. North Carolina PE a plus.Strong communication skills.Ability to work on multiple project assignments concurrently.Ability to work and interact with clients, maintain project budgets and schedules.Ability to provide technical expertise to design staff.Desire to work in a team environment.Strong computer skills utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, storm water modeling software, as well as Microsoft Office programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
