Wireless Site Acquisition Specialist
Selectek is looking for a Wireless Site Acquisition Specialist (So. Cal Market) to be responsible for candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.
Required:
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience with new site builds (search rings)
- Able to forecast and understand SAQ processes left to right for new builds and modification projects.
- Experience with high volume, fast-paced modification projects.
- Able to understand and manage tower owner applications and processes.
- AT&T Experience preferred
- NSB experience in SOCAL (or in CA)
- Can handle upwards of 50 NSB sites, left to right, cradle to grave, handoff to Civil
- Request and process purchase orders
- Understand and knowledgeable with reading design drawings, ordering engineering deliverables
- Must be able to report all site activity to internal PM as well as Customer
- Will be managing firms and or self-performing tasks
- Must be able to handle fast, high-paced project environment
- Must be US Citizen or able to work for any US employer without Visa sponsorship
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of modification applications, leasing and permitting.
- Must be able to navigate through the industry's top Tower Owner portals and process as well as manage required purchase orders, check requests and any necessary documents required.
- Ability to review and understand new jurisdictions, local ordinances, and zoning codes.
- Lease Reviews and Tower Loading understanding a MUST.
- Take site through permitting and zoning, if required.
- Provide required status updates for all assigned sites per Market direction in prep for weekly Customer and internal meetings.
- Will provide all site status updates via shared tracking program per Market's requirements.
- Coordinate with landowner and client during the lease negotiation process to obtain fully executed lease or option agreement.
- Negotiate rent, lease terms, prepare lease document package and submit finalized package with detailed account of negotiations and deal points for client.
- Travel to sites and work in client designated areas as required.
- Demonstrate professionalism while attending project and deployment meetings as directed by Site Acquisition Manager.
- Coordinate with other managers, consultants and contractors on project to ensure quality performance.

Pay Rate: $38.46/hour - $40.87/hour
Term of assignment: Long term contract, no end date

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM (can start as early as 6:30AM)
Overtime expected: No Remote but must be local to Southern California
