Job Title: Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics

Location: Summit, NJ (100% Onsite Role)

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Must be flexible based on business needs)

Type: 1 year contract on w2

About the Role:

We are seeking a Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of autologous cellular immunotherapy products. You will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless end-to-end journey of patient materials—from collection to infusion—across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing locations, couriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support business continuity across logistics and clinical operations.
• Actively monitor and troubleshoot any issues in the patient treatment journey.
• Triage and respond to service requests using a case management system.
• Maintain compliance with training requirements and good documentation practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused.
• Adaptable and collaborative—comfortable working independently or in a team setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations and de-escalate when needed.
• Strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
• Basic understanding of cloud-based CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Education & Experience

• Work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.
• Scheduling and logistics preferred
