Join us and we can make a difference together.About This RoleThe SIOP Change Management Lead will be instrumental to the sustained change success of SIOP processes and tool implementation along with adoption at Carrier. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to inspire others, communicate effectively, think creatively and strategically, and make connections quickly. They are a strong, collaborative leader while being action and results oriented.Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure adoption of new SIOP processes and tools. Clarifies and shares vision and strategy on change initiatives across various impacted parts of the organization.
- Communications: Define and lead execution of communication plan inclusive of template design to ensure engagement, awareness and adoption. Tailor communication for each business unit to convey the changes and benefits with the details needed for the key employee groups.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify, coach and prepare key stakeholders and business leaders to lead or support change initiatives. Develop and execute stakeholder preparedness plan.
- Readiness & Training: Conduct end user impact assessment and develop change management plans. Determine training requirements and support the development of the content for consumption. Facilitate or orchestrate training as required.
- Implement Change: Ensure changes align with the SIOP organization objectives and are implemented smoothly. Leverage change management principles, processes and tools to drive operational results and behavioral changes. Ensure employee engagement throughout transition and conduct post implementation review to capture learnings.
- Sustain the Change: Define change and adoption metrics and measure change plan success. Continual close partnership with SIOP business unit leaders regarding areas for improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of change management experience in supply chain planning.
Preferred Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of successful change initiative implementation.
- Advance skill in Microsoft suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Effective communication capabilities across multiple levels of an organization.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
- Expertise in SIOP processes and tools.
- Experience in consulting in Operations, Supply Chain Planning or Systems Implementation.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional, large-scale initiatives.
