SIM Clinical Educator Position Summary The Simulation Clinical Educator provides professional coordination of the simulation and clinical skills resident experience. In collaboration with the Designated Institutional Official, Medical Director of Procedural Service and Training, Administrative Director of Medical Education and GME Program Director(s), they are accountable to assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the experiences within the Simulation Center. The Educator will adapt an interdisciplinary approach to all functions of the department. SIM Clinical Educator Position Requirements Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.

Certification/Licensure

• Must have current or be eligible for unrestricted license as a registered nurse in Maryland (or valid state of residency) or be able to obtain one within 90 days.

Experience

• Two (2) years of recent experience in clinical nursing.
• Critical Care teaching experience required. ICU teaching experience preferred.
• Experience in a Graduate Medical Education (GME) setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical education policies and procedures and medical terminology preferred.
• Experience in an education or training environment preferred.

SIM Clinical Educator Schedule

• Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday
• Thursdays will be 7:30am-4:30pm
• Must be available four (4) weekends a year

SIM Clinical Educator Benefits

• At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.

Salary range:$72,072.00-$115,315.20 Commensurate with experience
