Job Description :
Akkodis is seeking a Signavio Developer for a contract with a client in San Antonio, TX(Remote). This role focuses on documenting current-state IT processes and designing future-state workflows aligned with ITIL best practices. Rate Range: $41/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Signavio Developer job responsibilities include:
  • Design and model business processes using Signavio, ensuring alignment with BPMN standards and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into clear, scalable process models.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using Signavio's analytical tools.
  • Integrate Signavio models with ITSM platforms and other enterprise systems to support process automation and transformation.
  • Maintain and update process documentation to reflect changes and ensure consistency across business units.
  • Support process governance initiatives by ensuring models adhere to compliance, control, and architectural standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Process Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in process modeling and business process management.
  • Hands-on experience with Signavio and BPMN standards for documenting and designing IT processes.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL 4) and tools like ServiceNow, BMC, or Remedy, with a proven ability to drive process transformation.
