Sign Maker or Graphic Production Specialist - FASTSIGNS : Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Sign Maker/Graphic Production Specialist at FASTSIGNS of Springfield to manage high-quality sign production from start to finish. You will oversee manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy, collaborate across departments to meet client expectations, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This is a FULL TIME, Monday - Friday position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee daily production operations, manage schedules, and ensure deadline adherence.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products and address production issues promptly.
• Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Inventory Management: Manage material inventory and coordinate with procurement.
• Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor production staff and foster a collaborative environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of production processes and proficient in production management software and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

Pre-requisites:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a production environment for extended periods.
• Proficient in sign-making techniques, design software, and material handling.
• Strong detail orientation, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.
