Install a variety of sign types, including wall graphics, window film, wayfinding, dimensional letters, and ADA, as well as exterior sign types as needed. The ideal candidate:

Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Install interior and exterior signage according to work order specifications and deadlines
- Read work orders to confirm materials, site readiness, and scope prior to installation
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members, including changes and delays
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job site, vehicles, and shop areas throughout and at end of workday
- Monitor material usage to minimize waste and control costs
- Follow established quality standards to ensure accuracy and prevent rework and missed deadlines
- Perform quality check with customer upon installation completion
- Upload survey and completion photos into production software
- Track job status and updates using internal production software
- Unload vehicles and properly store tools, materials, etc. at end of workday
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient installation and meet deadlines
Additional Responsibilities and Duties
- Adhere to all safety procedures following OSHA regulations and company standards
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, layouts, and work orders
- Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with OSHA and company driving policies
- Maintain company-issued vehicles, equipment, and tools in clean, safe, and working condition
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and company needs

- Working knowledge of computers, primarily Windows environment

- High school or trade school diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- United States Work Authorization

- Experience in sign industry
- Knowledge of ADA Guidelines
- Massachusetts Hoisting License (2A nd 4F)
- 3M Certified
- Post-Secondary Education or Equivalent Experience

- Candidates offered a position with Sign Design are required to undergo a Background Screening.
- Candidates offered a position with physical requirements must pass a position-appropriate Fit for Duty exam, which will be scheduled and paid for by Sign Design.
