Shucker 21+ - SoDel Concepts : Job Details

Description: • Set up raw bar with different types of oysters and accompanying sauces • Shuck oysters during service behind raw bar • Maintain a clean and well stocked raw bar station throughout service • Break down and clean up raw bar station Requirements: • Must be at least 21 years of age • Be able to lift 50lbs • Willing to learn and grow in your position as a shucker • Be willing to work as a member of a team, assisting others when able, requesting assistance when needed • Have good communication skills • Have the ability to arrive on time, in uniform, ready to work for each shift
