Let's get in touch!ResponsibilitiesLead generate for 15 hours a weekConduct at least two open houses monthlyConsult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homesNegotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyersTrack tasks and activities in Brivity TechnologyConvert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointmentsParticipate in weekly script practice per team standardsParticipate in team activities per team standards including weekly team meetingsConsult with sellers, convert to listings and market homeDemonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related servicesHost 2 open houses per weekCommit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainingQualificationsYou are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
