Job Description

The Show Producer is responsible for developing and managing all project-related aesthetic, show, and guest-experience elements. The role involves ensuring creative goals and intent are met, supervising staff, and managing design and production from concept to completion.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Ensure the project's creative design intent is achieved, managing scopes, contracts, costs, schedules, and strategies.
  • Manage guest-experience and design documentation, coordinating with internal and external resources throughout all phases.
  • Develop and oversee work plans, estimates, schedules, and tasks supporting project goals.
  • Handle staffing, hiring, and resource procurement to support show development and production.
  • Communicate project concepts and design intent, securing necessary approvals and managing creative vendors.
  • Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Theatrical Arts, Theme Park Design, or related field preferred.
    • 6+ years of experience in theme park design, production, or related fields; experience as an Associate Show Producer preferred.
    • Strong portfolio in design, production, and management.
    • Knowledge of design management, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
    • Understanding of theme park technologies and practices.
    • Proven leadership in creative and technical teams, with excellent communication skills.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and handle pressure in a dynamic environment.
    • High aesthetic sensibility and storytelling skills.
    Additional Information

    This position is full-time, on-site, with a salary range of $95,000 - $135,000 plus bonus. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and other perks.
