Short Haul Driver - Americold Logistics, LLC : Job Details

What Youll Do: Operate a Class A commercial vehicle (tractor trailer) to make no-touch pick-ups and deliveries at various local ports/marine terminals, warehouses, and customer locations. This is a first shift, home daily position. Schedule is generally Monday through Friday, approximately 5 am to 4:30 pm, with hourly pay, paid weekly, many benefits such as health, vision, dental, 401 K, paid time off (PTO), quarterly safety bonuses and more. Maintain all appropriate paperwork, such as bills of lading and invoices. Strictly adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations including daily trip logs, pre- and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections, and hours of service. What Experience You Need: A valid and current Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) in the state of residence, and a valid, current Transportation Worker Identity Card (TWIC), and 2 years' CDL A experience, preferably some port experience.
