Shop Technician Job Details: $33.00 - $41.00 / hour Day Shift

• Primary Technician Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Service equipment to minimize unnecessary repairs.
• Conduct safety inspections.
• Repair customer and rental equipment in the shop.

Technician Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience with AC/DC and hydraulic systems.
• High school diploma or GED (tech training a plus).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work hands-on daily.

Resident Field Technician Job Details: $39.99 - $40.99 / hour Day Shift

• Primary Technician Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on diesel equipment.
• Travel daily to customer sites for field service.
• Operate and maintain a field service truck.
• Diagnose issues, request parts, and document service for invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations from the company, government, and equipment vendors.

Technician Requirements:

• 3-5 years field or diesel tech experience.
• CDL preferred (or willingness to get it).
• Servicing: Douglas, Edgar, Coles, Clark, Cumberland and Shelby counties (the ideal candidate will live in one of these counties).
• Sharp communication and problem-solving skills.
