We provide fast-paced service in high street locations with quality products including sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.

We are seeking a Shop Manager for our The Cross Poundbakery shop in Chester.

• Managing daily shop operations
• Driving sales growth
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Training, developing, and motivating your team
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance

Candidates should have retail management experience, preferably within a food environment, and possess a strong work ethic and a proactive can do attitude.
