NOW HIRING: Shop Assistant Location: Magnolia, TX Pay: From $16.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Duties: Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools to assist in assembly and manufacturing. Support assembly line operations by preparing materials, assembling components, and ensuring quality control. Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products within the facility. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Assist with inventory management, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies. Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment. Experience & Skills: Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred. Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge and ability to understand machinery operation is a plus. Skilled in the safe use of hand tools and power tools. Prior warehouse or logistics experience a benefit.
