\n- Ensure the highest level of productivity in a cost-efficient manner.
\n- Supervise, coach and train employees, providing professional development through ongoing feedback of strengths and needed improvement.
\n- Promote safety throughout assigned work area.
\n- Develop and maintain employee relationships while promoting company values (i.e., good attendance, strong work ethic, etc.).
\n- Ensure compliance with established food safety programs, including HACCP, SSOPs and GMPs.
\n- Plan and implement process improvements.
\n- All other relevant duties as assigned.

\n- Bachelor degree in a related field of study preferred.
\n- 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience.
\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n- Proficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills.
\n- General knowledge of production operations.
\n- Working knowledge of poultry processing, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP.
