We're hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a direct-hire role with a global leader that's proud to have strong Maine roots. This isn't just about moving boxes - it's about making sure every shipment is right, every delivery is on time, and every part and material gets where it needs to go in top shape.

In this role, you'll be the connection between production, quality, and the outside world receiving materials, verifying accuracy, keeping inventory in check, and shipping products that are ready to perform in aerospace, protective gear, and other industries where lives and safety are on the line.

It's fast-paced, hands-on work where accuracy matters as much as speed. You'll keep things organized, keep materials flowing, and make sure nothing leaves the building unless it's done right. If you take pride in doing things well and keeping operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

• $20-26 per hour
• $1k sign-on bonus

• Inspecting deliveries for accuracy damage, and proper documentation before signing off
• Coordinating outbound shipments by preparing, packaging, labeling, and scheduling pickups to meet delivery deadlines
• Maintaining inventory records and updating systems
• Communicating with vendors, carriers, and internal customers

• 3+ years of experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with major shipping and transportation websites and portals
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to function effectively both in a group and independently
• Must meet ITAR requirements
