CFP is searching for an employee with a professional attitude who can effectively manage relationships with internal and external customers. We are looking for a team player who will organize and prioritize efficiently, and as part of the Supply Chain Team, will expand their knowledge and expertise into other areas of the organization.

Location: Cerro Fabricated Products (CFP) Hours: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM (with required overtime as needed) Pay: $17 and up based on experience

• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments by coordinating with freight carriers
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and organization of material certifications, including customer distribution as required
• Assist in inventory control and contribute to a lean, Just-In-Time (JIT) shipping environment
• Support day-to-day operations to maintain the efficiency and reliability of the shipping department

• Prioritization and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Willingness to grow and support additional areas within the organization over time

• Strong safety awareness and history of safe work practices in a manufacturing setting
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to safely operate a forklift (fork truck)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and JIT inventory practices is a plus, but not required
