Job ResponsibilitiesScheduleAbility and willingness to work a flexible schedule including on-call and/or stand-by that could encompass various shifts, weekends, holidays, Institute emergencies, and times other than normal work schedules. Responsibilities:
- Receive goods and supplies purchased by the Institute. This includes:
- Maintain shipping and receiving records, including electronic data entry.
- Verify packing slip against purchase orders.
- Unload incoming deliveries, process purchase orders and sort items for delivery.
- Check items in order to detect lost and damaged goods.
- Maintain the receiving records in our digital database system.
- Answer inquires regarding purchased items.
- Maintain warehouse and dock organization, as well as workstation area to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Contact service representatives from Freight companies for service issues.
- Assist with deliveries as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse activities, customer service, or similar field.
Licenses
