Shipping Coordinator - Randstad : Job Details

\n\n\n\t\n\t. Manage all outbound and inbound shipments, coordinating with carriers and freight forwarders to meet On-Time Delivery goals.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Prepare and process shipping documents, including packing slips, Bills of Lading, and customs forms (e.g., Shipper Letter Instructions or SLI).\n\t\n\t\n\t. Ensure all shipping documents and procedures comply with AS 9100 quality standards.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Coordinate with freight forwarders for international shipments and complete all required customs documentation.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Dispatch our company's truck driver for outside processing and local deliveries, ensuring efficient and timely routes.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Monitor and troubleshoot shipment-related issues, such as delays or damages, and file claims as needed.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Communicate effectively with internal departments, customers, vendors, and freight providers to resolve any shipping issues.\n\t\n\t\n\t.
