As a Shipping Coordinator you'll be part of our team located in Montpelier, IN. Youll get Coordinate shipping employees, ensuring they are keeping product flowing in a timely manner; assist them in issues they may have with picking the orders, keeping on time, and being focused on their job. Plan, schedule, and coordinate all shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of products. Follow customers preferred way of routing. Schedule on Customers Website of choice, email customer information about shipment or Customer has an already chosen provider on the BOL - Prepare customs or Commercial invoice for exports and prepare shippers letter of instructions. Utilize the shipping processor to send tubs of product out to various platers in a timely manner. Combine shipping documents, labels, and bills of lading for each customer; combining orders that ship to a pool location. Coordinate with carriers and track deliveries.
