Shipping and Receiving Coordinator - Nestl S.A : Job Details

As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with the warehouse management team, transportation and the receiving dock to schedule and monitor all shipping and receiving activities across multiple departments in the factory. You will utilize warehouse management systems to monitor and receive incoming shipments and ensure smooth flow of traffic at the loading dock. Youll work closely with the Ops Planning team, Materials, and Shipping and Receiving departments to ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are received in and unloaded for production needs. Schedule: 12 HR NIGHT SHIFT - 7 PM to 7 AM Utilize EWM (Extended Warehouse Management System), PINC, Order Management, and SAP to facilitate the shipping process from beginning to end. Process sample requisitions, inter-company transfers, transfers from outside storage locations for production packaging supplies and raw materials, and other small packages for shipment.
