Required to answer phones, direct calls, provide tracking information, and case status reports. Responsible for accurate invoicing/billing. Responsible for opening and disinfecting incoming cases from our local delivery routes and outside carriers. Responsible for accurate order entry of cases into lab software. Responsible for filing case paperwork accurately. Responsible for correspondence with UPS and shipping cases UPS - Neatly and efficiently making boxes. Responsible for packaging cases to be shipped, ensuring that all items are neatly, safely and accurately prepared for shipment. Responsible for ensuring the accurate, on time delivery of cases to our customers. Help to maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving department. Set up accounts and special pricing.
