Position Overview

As our Shipping/Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering top-tier service to our customers. This position requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately packed, materials are well-stocked, and workflows remain efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, sort, and accurately package collectible orders for daily shipment

Organize and maintain inventory of shipping materials and office supplies

Track stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid disruption in operations

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Print shipping labels using an online platform

Quality-check items before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction

Assist with product organization and storage (including labeling and bin tracking)

Receive incoming inventory and reconcile shipments

Help with special projects, promotions, or show/event prep as needed

Communicate with other team members to prioritize urgent orders or troubleshoot issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Basic computer proficiency (label printing, email, online platforms)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a physical role (standing, lifting boxes, bending, etc.)

Reliability and punctuality are a must

Prior experience in shipping, fulfillment, or office work is a plus (but not required)
