Shipping and Billing Clerk - Hammond & irving : Job Details

Hammond and Irving, Inc. is seeking a Shipping/Billing Clerk for its Auburn, NY facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• preparing shipping memos and BOL's
• coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers
• creation of customer certifications
• maintaining mill certifications and lab testing documents
• creating raw material purchase orders
• daily customer billing
• other office and clerical duties as needed
• Microsoft Excel and Word experience required

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000-$65,000 (depending on experience) with a benefit package to include
