About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Shipping• Pay Rate Range: $18-$19/Hour• Location: Rogers, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6AM-2:30PM• Position Type: Temp to HireRequirements and Qualifications:1. Warehouse or manufacturing experience.2. Able to load and unload trucks.3. Pick and Packing.4. Remove tooling and cleans up upon completion.5. Understands the uses of personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).6. Understands the use of machine guarding and safety devices.7. Understands when to get help and who to get.8. Press operator a plus however any manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Operates machines with supervision and instruction.2. Pick and Packing parts.3. Understands the uses of personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).4. Understands the use of machine guarding and safety devices.5. Understands when to get help and who to get.6. Thrives in a detail orientated position.7. Shows up on time and working hard paying close attention to detail.8.
