**The Impact Youll Make in this Role**

Job Summary:

The person hired for the position of Shipper/Receiver, will be responsible all operations in shipping & receiving within our manufacturing facility. Duties include shipping, receiving, and packing of materials for shipment. Operates forklifts and utilizes SAP (WMS) to pick, pack, and label product for shipment.

As a Shipper/Receiver you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

* Utilize SAP (computer program/WMS) to move materials between storage locations, label packages & create BOLs for shipment.

* Operate forklifts, and other mobile material handling equipment in a safe & efficient manner.

* Packs materials to meet customer standards, ensuring product arrives damage-free to customer.

* Assists in unloading and loading trucks.

* Perform cycle and inventory counts.

**Your Skills and Expertise**

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

* Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Cycle Count experience within a manufacturing environment.

* Ability to perform basic computer functions within Word and Excel.
