Shift Manager - Mountaire Corporation : Job Details

Manages area managers, superintendents, supervisors day to day activities and schedules of the plant personnel. Night Shift Duties/ Activities Required by Job Evaluating statistical information and reports; analyzing deficiencies for the area and individual teams. Conducting staff meetings and completing all required administrative tasks and reports on a timely basis. Maintaining activity log and providing adequate documentation and communication for next shift. Troubleshooting and documenting system problems effectively and efficiently. Promote and enforce a culture of safety Educations/ Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree preffered (Ag, Operations Management, Business) 7-10 years demonstrated management experience, must include experience managing multiple departments with progression in size and scope of operations (up to 1,000 plus employees), experience will be considered in lieu of degree, previous poultry experience preferred, prevuious manufacturing management experience ...Shift Manager, Manager, Operations, Area Manager, Manufacturing
