Shift Leader - Burger Lounge : Job Details

• Deliver amazing guest experiences using our G.O.A.L. standard (Greet, Offer, Anticipate, Leave a Lasting Impression)
• Train and support new team members-set them up for success
• Work the floor-jump in as a greeter, cashier, or food presenter when needed
• Keep the dining room and service areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Communicate and work closely with BOH & FOH teams to ensure top-notch service

Keep the Operation Running Smoothly

• Follow cash handling procedures and assist with closing duties
• Understand and execute menu knowledge, allergens, and guest requests
• Brew teas, prep shakes, pour beer & wine (if 18+)
• Assist with opening & closing tasks as needed
