Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations during designated shifts.Supervise employees and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service.Create a shift schedule, deal with no-shows, and delegate tasks.Handle cash up and report any issues to the manager.Maintain a fast, friendly customer experience and keep a clean, organized kitchen.Ensure continuous flow of high-quality cookies and keep crew working at a fast pace.Train new staff and coach team members.Monitor team performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently.Manage employee requests and transgressions.Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.Open and close registers, account for daily intake, and prepare cash deposits.Handle customer issues and employee disputes.Requirements
Genuinely Nice!A fast, friendly attitude and work ethic.Business savvy (Labor, Cost of Goods, P&L).Food and Facilities Safety Compliance.Previous leadership experience working in quick service restaurants.Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.Passion for the food service industry.High school diploma/GED.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Confident problem-solver.Team player.Anticipated Hours
Days: Monday through Saturday
Weekly hours: up to 40
Shifts to potentially be available for: Morning, day, and night
Pay
$17-$20 (includes hourly salary + tip)

At least 1 year in restaurant/food industry management (Preferred)
Certifications
Valid Driver's License (Required)
ServSafe Food Handlers Certification (Preferred but if you do not have, will pay for certification)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift packages between 10-55 lbs.Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift.Climb a ladder.Corporate Uniform
Crumbl shirts and hat (required to be worn at each shift) will be provided. Black pants and black sneakers are required. No jewelry.

Taking ownership of all operational aspects.Training all roles including bakers, shift leads, and delivery drivers.Knowing your team well enough to identify employees who may want further training to advance to the next level/role.Maintaining set standards such as cleanliness and quality control.Creating work schedules and addressing any schedule gaps.Tracking sales and calculating healthy labor cost.Sharing and enforcing state and corporate policies and rules.Addressing and documenting any employee disputes and infractions.Interacting with customers and resolving any service issues.Stepping into various roles when the store needs help such as baker, delivery, restocking.#J-18808-Ljbffr
