Shelter Manager - PsychPros : Job Details

PsychPros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently hiring a Shelter Manager to work full-time with clients experiencing homelessness in El Monte, CA. This is a TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT with the potential for converting to a permanent position for a strong candidate. Schedule- Monday-Friday, day hours Pay- $33/hour Requirements- Bachelors degree preferred with 4 years of relevant experience A minimum of two years of experience working in a position that provides direct services to individuals and/or families experiencing homelessness or similar barriers required A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred Current knowledge of best practice models, including: Harm Reduction, Housing First, and Trauma Informed Care Possess valid California drivers license and properly registered vehicle Responsibilities- Provide oversight of the day to day activities, client support, enrollments/discharges, crisis response...Manager, Client Support, Management, Staffing
