Location: Poway, CA

Schedule: Full-Time (Training: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM | Regular Shift: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM)

Department: Manufacturing / Production

A growing manufacturing facility in Poway is hiring Shell Assemblers to support its expanding production line. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Youll be assembling durable metal components used in high-performance industrial systems.

This role is physically intensive and requires attention to detail, focus, and consistency. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to grow within a stable company, we encourage you to apply.

• Assemble metal shell components using hand tools and power tools
• Perform repetitive production tasks such as lifting, aligning, and fastening parts
• Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards)
• Wear required PPE and comply with all safety guidelines

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs safely and repeatedly during the shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing)
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety practices consistently

• Active production floor environment
• Exposure to noise, heavy equipment, and industrial materials
• Full shift involves standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
