Operate and maintain a variety of polishing tools and machinery, including grinders, sanders, buffers, and other specialized equipment. Inspect polished parts for defects, scratches, or imperfections and perform touch-ups as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine project specifications. Select appropriate abrasives, compounds, and polishing wheels for each project. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Perform quality checks to ensure all finished products meet company standards.
